Located just south of Loop 202 in desirable Chandler, Arizona, a diverse population of 186 families call this community home. Assessing the situation and acting quickly, we were able to negotiate a slightly below-market purchase price subject to final approval. Following acquisition, we completed all site work and common-area construction. Internally, we performed all general contracting, and sales and marketing for this popular community. Before the recession, units sold at roughly eight per month, delivering net earnings of 28.2%.
