Greg Weinstein
Founder and Managing Member
“It’s always been a dream of mine to create spaces in which better lives are possible…where someone’s creativity has no limits.”
Influenced by twenty years in real estate, Greg’s passion has always been helping others realize the best versions of themselves. He holds a B.S. in architectural engineering from the University of Miami, and from MIT, certificates in Commercial Real Estate Investment Analysis and the Application of Data Science to Real Estate.
Greg learned the industry from his father, who taught him how to build his first single-family home only six months out of school. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Greg developed his first residential community, and never looked back.
Having worked on the East Coast, and in the West, developing residential assets and managing large teams, Greg’s always been motivated to create spaces that truly reflect the needs of the communities they serve. He developed two lifestyle communities in Arizona with a total of 420 condominiums, and a 2008 value of roughly $120 million dollars.
Since then, he’s developed, built, and renovated a dynamic range of multifamily, commercial, and retail assets, touching thousands of lives. His first priority is making sure his habitats help to make the world more robust, just, and equitable for all.
